Refund policy

Returns and Exchange

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund the Final Purchase Price or allow an exchange of our Product(s) unless:-

※- The size, color, or quantity of the Product delivered to you differs from the one(s) listed in the Order Confirmation or the Product delivered to you is defective;
     a). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and
           in its original packaging, and
     b). The Product together with the receipt should be received by us within [7] days as of the date of the Shipment 
           Confirmation.
     c). Any Product which is damaged, altered, or not in the same condition as you received it will not be refunded.
 ※- For Skincare items- If your product arrives damaged or discolored, we will replace it for you at no cost if you mail it or
          bring it back to the office within [7] days from the goods received date.

No refund or exchange of Product due to unfitting will be allowed.  Before placing your order, we advise you to check the Measurement Guidelines thoroughly. If you are not sure which size you fit in, you may contact us at enquiry@lalacharm.com for our advice or come to our office in person and our staff will assist with your fitting.

Once the return or exchange has been approved, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the Products. Delivery costs will be refunded in full using the method used to make the payment. For returns, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. For the exchange of goods, we shall arrange the delivery of your ordered Products within [10] business days of the date of Receipt Confirmation on our costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
